8th grade science:
•read section 2-1, pages 33-38
•answer review questions 1-3 on page 39.
•NO homework
(unit study guide was placed in eBackpack.  Paper copies are also available on my desk.  Test tentatively planned for Friday, Jan. 16)

7th grade science:
•read thru the simple machines text information and discuss concepts
•if time allows work on review questions and graphic organizer of information over the simple machines.
•NO homework
